Which countries do you ship to?
We generally ship to most countries via Express Shipping, and to many through Standard Shipping. However, shipping methods may vary based on certain conditions. Available shipping options and costs will be presented before you proceed to payment.
Note:Several locations, such as parts of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro, and Sri Lanka, can only be served with Express Shipping. This may change in the face of unforeseen events like pandemics or political unrest.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer both Standard and Express Shipping.
- Standard Shipping is free for most regions.
- Express Shipping through DHL Express or FedEx ranges from 10-40USD (excluding tax), based on your location. If your order exceeds 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is complimentary.
However, some products like KiiBOOM keyboards are exempt from free shipping.
Please note, shipping fees do not cover potential import taxes or processing fees in your country. MECHLANDS is not liable for these costs. If you decline to pay such fees, the cost of two-way freight charges will still apply.
In some instances, parcels marked “returned to the sender” may be discarded by postal or customs officials. Refunds will not be processed in these cases.
Certain areas might face additional charges for Express Shipping. We'll reach out if extra payments are necessary. For any shipping inquiries, contact us before placing an order.
How long is the delivery time?
Orders of in-stock products typically ship within 3 business days. Customized items might take longer (please consult our staff). Delivery timelines post-shipping are:
- Standard Shipping: Roughly 2-3 weeks, although some countries might experience delays up to 2-3 months due to customs procedures.
- Express Shipping: Approximately 3-7 days.
Remember, shipping can be affected by holidays, pandemics, or other unexpected events.
Who covers import tax/custom fees?
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees. If these fees are refused by the recipient, the shipping cost remains payable.
How do I get help for my order?
Upon receiving your package, inspect its contents and condition. For any concerns, contact support@MECHLANDS.com with relevant details, including an unboxing video if possible.
For order amendments or cancellations, reach out to our support team, keeping in mind they may not be available during non-working days and weekends.
